Due to the epidemic situation in the country, and with the health of the entire academic community in mind, please get in touch with us primarily by email or telephone. In order to deal with student issues in individual departments, please use only e-mail accounts established at the University. This serves the purpose of initial verification of the person, ensuring information security and the correct course of handling the given matter. Messages, applications, etc., sent from private mail will not be considered. Above all, we want the content you send to be properly secured and the sender to be identified correctly.

Dear Students,

We want to remind you that the revision session lasts until 05.09.2021. Due to the change in the University's IT system, we would like to inform you that the missing grades from the summer semester of 2020/2021 will be available for teachers to complete via the Virtual University until 15.09.2021. After this date, entering grades will no longer be possible. Applications for conditional registration must be submitted by 26.09.2021. This year it is impossible to extend the session because those enrolled on 1.10.2021 for the academic year 2021/2022 in the new system must have a clear student situation.

In the next information, we will provide you with instructions on how to use the new Virtual University and how to log in.

Students' rights and obligations - remote learning

In accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education on education conducted using distance learning methods and techniques, we would like to remind students of their rights and obligations.

1. The student has the right to obtain full information on the course of distance learning in a given subject.
2. The student has the right to receive support in using the system supporting distance learning.
3. The student shall be required to regularly participate in classes organised using distance learning methods and techniques in accordance with the rules laid down by the academic staff member in accordance with the University Academic Regulations.
4. Students are entitled and obliged to perform and adequately report on all tasks set by the teacher within individual subjects.
5. In the case of absence from classes conducted in synchronous mode (online), the student has the right and should have access to educational content to be used in asynchronous mode (off-line) on the terms specified by the person responsible for the subject, and the lecturer may then recommend another form of making up for such classes.

In matters of a dispute relating to possible infringement of rights, we ask our students to contact the relevant Dean.

Dean for Agricultural Sciences and Engineering Prof. Andrzej Borusiewicz, Ph.
(telephone contact: 862169497 ext. 25 or e-mail: andrzej.borusiewicz@mans.edu.pl)
Dean for Social Sciences, Medicine and Health Sciences Piotr Ponichtera, Ph.
(phone contact: 862169497 ext. 44 or e-mail: piotr.ponichtera@mans.edu.pl)

We would also like to inform our Students that within all subjects conducted remotely, we report each Student's activity in the learning process (expectations for the student's activity are determined by individual lecturers). These activities are conditioned by the need for the student to master the learning outcomes assigned to individual subjects. This provides the basis for obtaining credit in individual subjects and, as a result, for passing the entire semester.
